Shipping policy

Delivery Time including handling time- 1-3 days.

Cost of the shipping is 7-20 euro.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full kg.

How long will my order take to be delivered?
Most of the countries receive their packages in LESS THAN 4 days. You will receive the tracking information within 24 hours (excluding weekends and holidays) after you place the order. Usually in the same day if it’s before closing time. The max expected delivery time is 5 days, depending on the destination country and delivery address. Here is a typical delivery time for:

Poland - 1-3 days
Germany -1-3 days
Europe - 1 to 4 days

Remarks:

  • All orders are processed and shipped on business days only, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be processed on the next business day;

  • All orders are subject to product availability. If an item on your order is unavailable, we will ship part of the order that is available and when the missing item becomes available, we will ship the remainder of it;

  • Shipping costs for your order are non-refundable and are based on the weight of the items purchased and your location;

  • The delivery date of your order may vary due to carrier shipping practices, delivery location, method of delivery and quantity of items ordered, and your order may be delivered in separate shipments;

  • Additional shipping charges may apply depending on your location and the size of your order.


Shipping costs are determined by the total weight of the order and by the shipping method selected. Your total shipping charges will be displayed on the Checkout page, prior to submitting your order.
